1. Please charge to activate the watch before first use.

2. Long press the function button to turn on the watch.

How to connect the watch to your phone?

1.Download the “VeryFit” app from Google Play/APP Store, or scan the QR code in your watch.

2. Turn on the phone’s Bluetooth.

3. Bind the watch in “VeryFit”.

4. Connect the watch to Bluetooth of your phone (watch model: watch settings → IDW19)

Why can’t your watch receive SMS and notifications?

1. Please ensure the permissions of the App, messages, calls, etc. are allowed when you download the VeryFit app.

2. Allow the VeryFit app to send notifications.

3. In the App: authorize the watch to receive messages. Do not enable the DND mode.

Why isn’t this watch measuring blood oxygen & heart rate completely accurate?

Please make sure your info(age, height, weight) in the VeryFit app is filled in correctly.(Go to VeryFit app -> User -> My info)
