What is the output specification of this charger?

A: The USB-A port and the second USB-C port share the same circuit hardware; therefore, the output will be as follows:

1. When only using a single port: USB-C: 5V⎓3A / 9V⎓2.22A / 12V⎓1.67A (20W Max);

USB-A: 5V⎓3A / 9V⎓2A / 12V⎓1.5A (18W Max)

2. When using 2 ports simultaneously:

USB-C: 5V⎓1.5A; USB-A: 5V⎓1.5A; The total maximum output is 15W.

How do I use this charger to charge my Apple devices?

To charge your Apple devices, use the included USB-C to USB-C cable for devices with a USB-C port, like iPads. For devices with a Lightning port, such as iPhones, you’ll need a USB-C to Lightning cable or a USB-A to Lightning cable. (Note: Cables not included, use the original one or purchase separately.)

Is this charger foldable?

No, the prongs of this charger are not foldable. If you need a foldable power charger, please refer to other OLINK models.

What kind of charging cord do I need and where can i get it?

That depends on the device you want to charge and if it is compatible with this charger.

NOTE: The operating temperature mentioned in the User Manual refers to the optimal ambient temperature of the charger adapter device. This operating temperature can maximize the effectiveness of the charger adapter device, not that it can only work in this temperature range!

We have removed this item from subsequent manual printings. If you still receive the manual with operating temperature, it is in old packaging and will not affect your daily charging experience.
